It can take up to 24 hours for your account to be approved as we do not use an automated system. All applications are approved by the manager.
- How to order the products?
It’s very simple:
1.Browse the product category. Select the items you want to buy from the website & click on add to my wishlist button.
2.when you are done with adding your products, click on my wishlist or view wishlist link to view products you have selected.
3. Decide upon the quantity of your products, Submit wishlist to confirm the order.
After getting your order, we'll email you your Performa invoice within 24 hours.
- What is minimum quantity to be ordered?
You must order 20 pc per any particular item but for Glass Bongs you can order 10 per pc. Also, your total order must be of worth US $500.00
- Are prices given on the website including shipping charges?
No. All prices are FOB New Delhi and do not include any shipping / freight charges.
- What is FOB price?
Items shipped directly from the factory, which are noted as Freight-On-Board (FOB), are billed an additional cost for shipping, handling and insurance charges.
- How will I determine shipping charges?
Shipping charges depends upon the following:
1.Weight / volume of your shipment.
2. Destination of the shipment.
3. Mode of transportation-air cargo, Ocean or courier /express mode.
After getting your order we'll determine approximate weight / volume of your order and then calculate shipping cost according to rates applicable to that destination as per your choice of mode of transportation.
- What are mode of transportation available and what arrangements I need to receive my shipment?
You can select any of the following:
- Air Cargo - cargo facility of various airlines like Lufthansa, Swiss Air, Air France etc.
(You need to have an import agent at your nearest airport and local transportation arrangements from airport to warehouse)
- Ocean Freight - various shipping / container line available.
(You need to have an import agent at your nearest seaport and local transportation arrangements from seaport to your warehouse)
- Courier/Express - Express door delivery service of UPS / FedEx / DHL / TNT.
(Your shipment will be delivered at your given address. You need not to have any import agent and local transport arrangements.)
- What would be transit time for my shipment?
1. Air Cargo - 12-15 days approximately.
2. Courier / Express - 4-6 days through UPS / FedEx etc.
For USA Buyer it will take upto 13-15 days
3. Ocean freight - Depends upon the destination and schedule of container line.
- What would be lead time for my shipment?
Your order will be dispatched from New Delhi (India) and for a normal shipment we need 3-4 week time to dispatch your order. However for large orders it is decided mutually as per the order size.
- Do you ship freight prepaid shipment?
Yes! We ship "Freight prepaid" at our end as well as "Freight collect" at your end shipments. If you pay freight of your order given along with your invoice we'll ship your shipment "Freight prepaid" and you need not to pay any shipping charges at your end except local duties / tax.
If you have pre arrangements with any shipping agency then we'll ship your order as "Freight collect" using your account with that shipping agency.
- Do you ship COD?
No. We do not have any such arrangements.
- What are the payment options available?
For small orders of value less than USD 3000, we accept only full advance payment as it minimizes the bank charges involved in other methods of payment. You may send payment by Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or Wire Transfer to our Bankers under intimation to us. On request we will provide you our bank details .
Part Payment in Advance
For larger orders, we can take 50% value in advance. Balance payment is payable against delivery of documents through your banker.
Letter of Credit
For bulk order, we can accept Sight Letter of Credit opened from Prime Bank.
- Do you have any sample policy?
Yes! We welcome our new buyers to evaluate our service and product quality. You can order for our sample kit of worth $500.00 .
Sample kit will be dispatched within 1-2 week after getting payment, through FED EX /DHL/UPS/TNT or similar courier. We request new buyer to bear cost of courier charges.
Once wholesale business starts, we send samples with all cost including courier expenses to us.
we can forward our new range of samples by e-mail attachments to you and the ones, which are approved, can be forwarded for your orders.
- What are the currencies you accept?
We accept EURO, USD, GBP, AUD & CAD
- Is my shipment insured for damage?
It depends upon insurance policy of the carrier. Generally UPS / FedEx etc. insured shipment for breakage/damage or loss. But they provide risk cover up to worth US$ 100.00 maximum.
- Can I get my shipment fully insured for any major breakage / damage or loss?
Yes! We can insure your shipment fully by purchasing insurance policy of carrier / other agency for a nominal extra charge.
This extra charge (cost of insurance) depends upon the sum assured for any particular shipment.
Insurance claim settlements are subject to fulfillment of import laws and custom clearances in destination country. If shipment is held by custom or any other agency due to any reason, consignee will not be entitled for any insurance claim amount.
- What I have to do if I got damaged shipment or find breakage inside the boxes?
Count parcels and inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt. If damage or shortage is apparent, please note it on the delivery receipt along with the signature of the delivery person verifying the same. Save the damaged carton for inspection purposes. Open all packages immediately and inspect the merchandise to see if it is in good condition. If concealed damage (damage to materials inside a package with no external damage evident) is exposed, notify us immediately through our feedback form email to you after every shipment. We must notify carriers within 7 days, or they may deny liability. Check merchandise against the packing slip. If an overage or shortage exists, or if there are any other problems with an order, notify us within 7 days after receipt of merchandise.
- Is delivery of my shipment guaranteed?
All deliveries are guaranteed subject to custom clearance and import law clearances in destination country although our all responsibilities limits to the port of loading. We request all of our buyers to check their state/country laws related to different products before buying. Order once placed will not be cancelled and payment done will not be returned. Unizone International do not have responsibility if certain products are not allowed /permitted in buyer's state /country and the shipment is not delivered due to any such reason. It is buyer's responsibility to check law in his country before placing orders with us. Unizone International will not be held responsible for any consequences faced by buyer due to import of our products which are not allowed in his state or country.
- Are products shown on your website are legal to import?
Every country has its own import law and restrictions on certain products. We request all of our buyers to check their state/country laws related to different products before placing orders with us.
